Refund & Return Policy

At Oriel Commerce, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items that have been opened or used

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.
